Lebanese Tabbouleh is a vibrant, refreshing parsley-based salad dressed with fresh lemon juice and premium olive oil. Finely chopped parsley, ripe tomatoes, fresh mint, and delicate bulgur wheat come together for a salad that is both nourishing and irresistibly fresh.   • 4 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ cup fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, finely diced
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp fine bulgur wheat, soaked and drained
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: romaine lettuce leaves for serving

  • Wash and dry the parsley and mint thoroughly. Finely chop until light and fluffy.
  • Dice tomatoes and slice green onions finely.
  • In a large bowl, combine parsley, mint, tomatoes, green onions, and bulgur.
  • Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Gently toss until the salad looks glossy and well coated.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Serve immediately, traditionally scooped with crisp romaine lettuce leaves.
